  • Do I have to schedule a birthday party?
    Yes, if you would like to have a birthday party at Pixieland you will need to schedule it. Walk-in birthday parties are NOT permitted (bringing in a cake/cupcakes, balloons and/or gifts, etc. is considered a birthday party). Limited space is available, it is best to reserve at least two weeks in advance.
  • How far in advance do I need to schedule my birthday party?
    It is best to book your party two weeks or more in advance of your desired party date. Limited space is available, it is best to reserve at least two weeks in advance.
  • How do I book a birthday party?
    Click here to book a birthday party. We do not book birthday parties over the phone and walk in birthday parties are not permitted and must be scheduled in advance.
  • How much is the deposit?
    A $200.00 deposit is required to secure your party package. Should you cancel your party for ANY reason, the entire deposit you paid to secure your party package will be forfeited and is non-refundable. NO exceptions. If ANY of the party terms and conditions are ignored on the day of your party by you or your guests your deposit will NOT be refunded and you will also incur any additional charges outlined in the party terms and conditions. Once your party has been paid in full, completed and all party terms and conditions were followed, the deposit that was paid to secure your party package will be refunded to the credit card used to book your party. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction to your account. Deposits are NOT applied to the balance of your party package. Deposits cannot be transferred to someone else, applied to tickets, wristbands, party food, any other party add-ons, etc.
  • What if I need more party wristbands?
    Additional party wristbands can be purchased for $36.84 each on the day of your party, only available to purchase with a party package. We recommend putting "parents and siblings welcome, tickets can be purchased at the Kids Cafe" on your invitations. That way the stage is set so it is not awkward for you when siblings come to your party. - Save 5% on your birthday party package and any additional party wristbands when you pay in ALL cash*. *The cash discount does not apply to add ons, deposits, food or drinks, etc.
  • What about parents that would like to ride?
    All rides have height requirements and all riding guests will be charged tickets or wristbands - yes adults too.
  • Are there height requirements?

  • Can we share wristbands?
    NO wristband sharing, wristbands must be worn at all times. All riding guests will be charged tickets or wristbands - yes, adults too.
  • Once my party is over how long to I have to clean up?
    You must be cleared from the party area within 10 minutes after your party's scheduled end time or there will be a fee of $100.00 charged every additional 10 minutes thereafter to the credit card used when reserving your party. Your area must be clean before departure. Moving to or setting up your party in another area during or after your scheduled party is NOT permitted.
  • Can my friend or family member come dressed as a costume character?
    No, no outside vendors on or around Pixieland premises. This includes any type of costume characters.
  • When can I check in and pay the balance of my party?
    Your party package, including any/all add-ons, must be paid in full prior to the start of your party. You may arrive prior to the start of your party to check in at the Kids Cafe (pay your balance and receive any tickets/wristbands that come in your package) then start enjoying the rides, however, the party area you reserved will not be available to start decorating until 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Table time will NOT be extended for late arrivals. We accept cash*, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and contactless payments. Save 5% on your birthday party package and any additional party wristbands when you pay in ALL cash*. *The cash discount does not apply to add ons, deposits, food or drinks, etc.
  • Can I arrive any time to start using the unlimited ride wristbands?
    You may arrive prior to the start of your party to check in at the Kids Cafe (pay your balance and receive any tickets/wristbands that come in your package) then start enjoying the rides, however, the party area you reserved will not be available to start decorating until 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Table time will NOT be extended for late arrivals. Only available during our scheduled business hours.
  • Do you provide plates, cups, napkins and utensils?
    No we do not, however you can purchase these items at the kids cafe.
  • Will you decorate for my party?
    No, we do not decorate and party areas do not come decorated. You may decorate your party table(s) with a table cloth, balloons, birthday sign, etc. (you may use non-destructive tape to hang any items (i.e. blue painters tape) ~ NO push pins, staples, nails, etc.) Absolutely NO piñatas, including using one for decoration. Absolutely NO confetti or silly string (if you choose to ignore this you agree to pay a $100.00 clean up fee which will be charged to the credit card used when reserving your party). You may NOT bring in your own extra tables(s), chairs, music, backdrops, etc. Your area must be clean before departure. NO outside vendors of any type on or around Pixieland premises. This includes but is not limited to any type of costume characters, cotton candy machines, snow cone machines, food vendors, etc. Moving Pixieland tables into or next to your party area is NOT permitted.
  • Can I bring in outside food and drinks?
    You may bring in your own food and drinks with the exceptions listed below: Please keep in mind that we cannot offer storage or refrigeration for anything. Alcohol is NOT permitted in or around Pixieland (a City of Concord ordinance disallows alcohol anywhere within Willow Pass Park). Barbecues, heating devices (including chafing dishes) of any type and all glass containers/bottles are forbidden. NO outside pizza and/or pizza vendors. If you will be ordering any food or drinks through Pixieland, you must place your order by 5pm the Thursday prior to your scheduled party. Any food/drink orders placed or changed after 5pm the Thursday prior to your scheduled party will incur a $9.95 administrative fee. All food and/or drinks ordered through Pixieland will be delivered to your table 30 minutes after the start of your party. Don't forget to bring your plates, cups, napkins and utensils. These items are NOT included. NO outside vendors of any type on or around Pixieland premises.
  • When will my food/drinks that I ordered be delivered?
    All food/drinks will be delivered 30 minutes after your parties scheduled start time. If you ordered ice cream it will be delivered when you are ready for it.
  • Can I bring in a cake or cupcakes?
    Yes, with a birthday party scheduled through Pixieland you may bring in a cake or cupcakes. Please keep in mind that when selecting a cake to bring in we cannot offer storage or refrigeration for anything.
  • What if I need to cancel my party?
    Cancellations: Should you cancel your party for ANY reason your entire deposit will be forfeited and is NOT refundable. *ALL cancellations must be submitted and confirmed at least 15 days prior to your scheduled party with Pixieland in writing to pixieparties@icloud.com. Should you cancel your party within 14 days of your scheduled party date, then you are authorizing Pixieland Amusement Park to charge your credit card used when reserving your party, including, but not limited to the balance of your party, any food orders, or add-ons, etc. Your entire deposit paid to secure your party package will also be forfeited and is non-refundable. NO Shows: Should you choose not to show up to your scheduled party without making previous and confirmed arrangements in writing with Pixieland at least 14 days prior to your scheduled party date, then you are authorizing Pixieland Amusement Park to charge your credit card used when reserving your party, including, but not limited to the balance of your party, any food orders, or add-ons, etc. Your entire deposit paid to secure your party package will also be forfeited and is non-refundable.
  • What if I need to reschedule or change packages?
    If you need to reschedule your party it must be submitted in writing to pixieparties@icloud.com at least 14 days prior to the date of your scheduled party. Your rescheduled party must be held within 30 days of your original booking date. Party packages, once booked, are not eligible for downgrading. However, if available, packages may be upgraded.
  • What about bad weather?
    If at anytime you are feeling uncertain about the weather, you may reschedule your party as early as 7 days prior to your party date and as late as 10:00am on the date of your party. You must reschedule your party to be held within 30 days of your original party date or your full deposit will be forfeited. In the event that Pixieland is closed due to bad weather or any unforeseen circumstances, you may receive a refund of all but $40.00 of your deposit for administrative costs (deposits will ONLY be refunded less the administrative fee if Pixieland is unable to open). Due to the uncertainty of weather, Pixieland usually does not determine until the morning of the scheduled business day whether or not we will be able to open if there is inclement weather forecasted. Due to variable weather conditions (i.e. heat, air quality, rain) Pixieland may close after your scheduled party.
  • Can I pay with a check?
    No, we do not accept checks or money orders. We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and contactless payments. The balance is due prior to the start of your party.
