Field Trips

Pixieland is a great place to let the kids take a break and have some fun!

Group rates are reserved for schools, daycare centers, pre-schools, churches and summer camps.

Groups are scheduled on weekdays only during our regular business hours, excluding holidays and must be scheduled at least one week prior to the event to receive the group rates.

If a date you are looking for is not available please refer to our hours to verify if we are open on that date.

1 Hour Group

$18.00 per riding guest with a 20 guest minimum.

2 Hour Group

$22.00 per riding guest with a 20 guest minimum.

3 Hour Group

$27.00 per riding guest with a 20 guest minimum.

4 Hour Group

$32.00 per riding guest with a 20 guest minimum.

Don't forget to include parents and staff that will need to ride with their children and/or any siblings that will be joining the group. We will not honor group rates to individuals.

Field Trip Terms and Conditions

If you do not meet the 20 riding guest minimum, group rates will not apply.
Please advise your groups and leaders of all safety rules and restrictions.
You are responsible for your guests and their actions.
Children MUST be supervised at all times.

Rides:

At Pixieland, safety is our main concern. Please be sure to check posted height and safety restrictions at each ride. For the safety of your children, exceptions are not possible.
Each ride has specific manufacturer height and safety guidelines which may require accompaniment.
Access to attractions depends on the safety rules for each attraction.
Please supervise your children at all times.
Proper, family friendly attire must be worn at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear (i.e. shoes), NO swim suits or slippers.
Babies not yet walking must have on tops, bottoms, or a onesie and cannot have bare feet (i.e. wear socks, booties)
Clothing or tattoos with offensive language or graphics must not be visible at any time.
Costume masks, accessories and selfie sticks are NOT permitted on rides
Disabled guests must be able to transfer to ride vehicle’s seating with assistance from a member of their party. Pixieland employees may not assist.
Our rides are not recommended for expectant moms, recent bone injuries, heart problems and might require a liability release form to ride.
Baby carriers of any type are not permitted on any ride at Pixieland.
In order to ride some attractions, smaller guests not yet tall enough to ride alone must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
All riders must have full head and body control and be able to sit up on their own.
NO lap seating on any ride at Pixieland.
These restrictions are established for your safety by the State of California (OSHA) and must be strictly enforced.
For the benefit of our guests and our employees, we reserve the right to make the final decision with regard to the eligibility and safety of any rider at Pixieland.
Due to the nature of the rides at Pixieland, service animals are not permitted to ride.
Due to the dynamics and certain characteristics of the rides, oxygen tanks or portable systems are not permitted on any Pixieland ride.
All rules and safety regulations must be followed.
Certain rides or attractions may be closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Wristbands/Tickets:

All riding guests will be charged tickets or wristbands - yes, adults too.
NO wristband sharing, wristbands must be worn at all times.

Food and Drinks:

You may bring in your own food and drinks with the exceptions listed below:

Please keep in mind that we cannot offer storage or refrigeration for anything.
Alcohol is NOT permitted in or around Pixieland (a City of Concord ordinance disallows alcohol anywhere within Willow Pass Park).
Barbecues, heating devices (including chafing dishes) of any type and all glass containers/bottles are forbidden.
NO outside pizza and/or pizza vendors. If you would like pizza for your event, you must order through Pixieland at least 1 week prior to your event date.
If you will be having Pixieland cater your field trip, your order must be placed 1 week prior to your field trip.
Don't forget to bring your plates, cups, napkins and utensils. These items are NOT included.
NO outside vendors of any type on or around Pixieland premises.

Checking In:

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your group time to pay your balance and allow staff to get you checked in and riding on time.

Paying your Balance:

The balance is due prior to the start of your field trip and must be paid in full in a single transaction.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and contactless payments.
Groups must be paid in full in a single transaction prior to the start of your scheduled group time.
Don't forget to include parents that will need to ride with their children and/or any sibling that will be joining the group.
We will not honor group rates to individuals.

Deposits:

Should you cancel your field trip for ANY reason, the entire deposit you paid to secure your event will be forfeited and is non-refundable. NO exceptions.
If ANY of the field trip terms and conditions are ignored on the day of your event by you or your guests your deposit will NOT be refunded.
Once your field trip has been paid in full, completed and all field terms and conditions were followed, the deposit that was paid to secure your field trip will be refunded to the credit card used to book your field trip.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction to your account.
Deposits are NOT applied to the balance of your field trip.
Deposits cannot be transferred to someone else, applied to tickets, wristbands, food, any other add-ons, etc.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your field trip it must be submitted in writing to pixieparties@icloud.com at least 3 days prior to the date of your scheduled event.
Your rescheduled field trip must be held within 30 days of your original booking date.

Cancellations:

Should you cancel your field trip for ANY reason, the entire deposit will be forfeited and is NOT refundable. *ALL cancellations must be submitted and confirmed at least 3 days prior to your scheduled field trip with Pixieland in writing to pixieparties@icloud.com.
Should you cancel your field trip within 2 days of your scheduled event date, then you are authorizing Pixieland Amusement Park to charge your credit card used when reserving your field trip, including, but not limited to the balance of your event, any food orders, or add-ons, etc. Your entire deposit paid to secure your field trip will also be forfeited and is non-refundable.

NO Shows:

Should you not show up to your scheduled field trip without making previous and confirmed arrangements in writing with Pixieland at least 3 days prior to your scheduled event date, then you are authorizing Pixieland Amusement Park to charge your credit card used when reserving your field trip, including, but not limited to the balance of your event, any food orders, or add-ons, etc.
Your entire deposit paid to secure your field trip will also be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Bad Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances:

In the event that Pixieland is closed due to bad weather or any unforeseen circumstances, you may receive a refund of all but $40.00 of your deposit for administrative costs (deposits will ONLY be refunded less the administrative fee if Pixieland is unable to open).
Due to the uncertainty of weather, Pixieland usually does not determine until the morning of the scheduled business day whether or not we will be able to open if there is inclement weather forecasted.
